Fees
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapeutic should be both accessible and sustainable. While I operate as a private practitioner without access to Medicare rebates, I offer a sliding scale to ensure that cost is not a barrier to those seeking meaningful change.
Please read below for an outline of standard fees. If you’re experiencing financial hardship, I invite you to reach out — we can explore a fee that reflects both your circumstances and the value of the work.
Individual Therapy
$75 – $150 per 60-minute session
Sliding scale based on financial circumstances
Therapy is a space for deep listening, emotional integration, and self-understanding. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling lost, this is a place to reconnect to what matters most.
Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
Please note: I do not offer Medicare rebates at this time. If this is a requirement for you, I’m happy to help you find a practitioner who does.
Group Therapy
$40 - $80 per 90-minute session
9 persons maxium
Therapeutic groups offer a unique opportunity to engage with others in a safe, boundaried environment where insight and connection emerge through shared experience.
Group therapy requires a minimum commitment of 4 to 6 weeks, with ongoing participation supporting both individual and group process.
• Sessions are prepaid (or via direct debit) to reserve your spot.
• A two-week notice period is required to withdraw from the group.
• Once withdrawn, rejoining may not be possible due to group dynamics and availability.
Medicare rebates are not available for group therapy.
Cancellation Policy
Individual sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full fee.
