Life transitions often catch us off guard. Sometimes they arrive as external events—a career change, the end of a relationship, becoming a parent, or navigating the death of a loved one. Other times, they show up internally—a quiet shift in values, a restlessness with how things have been, or a growing urge to move in a new direction.
These moments can be disorienting. Even when a change is welcome, it can stir up self-doubt, anxiety, or grief for what’s been left behind. At times, it may feel like the ground beneath you is shifting—and you’re unsure of who you’re becoming.
